Return Policy

We fill many orders in a day, and errors happen, so if you receive damaged product please contact us right away. Replacement requests must be within seven days of receiving the product. We will require picture of the box, and the damaged product to start your replacement package.
Please also note that creating wooden signs is an art, and wood grains and knots varie per tree because no two are alike. Please know that we do our best to choose the best wood for your project for the optimal look.

Shipping Policy

Rustic Signs is committed to ensuring your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the United States and will use FED EX shipping . When you place an order, we’ll estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), the shipping method selected, and the destination. The total weight of your order determines our shipping charges. Some products can take up to a week to produce, which may create minor delays in shipping. If this is a gift or required by a specific date, please consider the processing and shipping times. Once shipped, Rustic Signs cannot take responsibility for delays or offer refunds if your order is not received.
