Intellectual Property & Artwork Submission Policy

When you submit any logo, image, text, or design to Rustic Signs by Design LLC, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission from the rights holder to use it for a custom sign.

Rustic Signs By Design LLC does not check or verify ownership of customer-submitted artwork. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure all submitted designs follow copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By submitting artwork, you agree that Rustic Signs By Design LLC is not responsible for any intellectual property issues related to customer-provided designs. You also agree to cover and protect Rustic Signs By Design from any claims or disputes that result from the use of artwork you provide.

Rustic Signs By Design LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if the submitted artwork appears to violate intellectual property rights
